About the Owner
Damien Tinney has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. From an early age, he helped his father and four older brothers build homes throughout County Donegal, Ireland. In 2000, Damien moved to New York City to advance his career in carpentry and construction. During his eleven years in NYC, he worked as a carpenter and project manager on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including The Langham on Central Park West, Lincoln Center, and the Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
Since moving to the DC-metro area in 2011, Damien started his company (originally Celtic Carpenters). He now focuses almost exclusively on residential remodeling projects, allowing him to work closely with home owners and designers to create unique, functional living spaces.
